USCG Captain Mike Smith
Captain Mike Smith owner/operator of Nev-R-Enuf has been fishing the Jersey coast for 35 years and specializes in back bay and ocean flounder fishing, ocean trolling, and light tackle inshore and offshore fishing. When he’s not on the water, you can find Mike enjoying his beautiful family or up in a tree stand or a duck blind, as hunting is another passion of his.
Meet Your Captain
USCG Captain Joe Gallone
Captain Joe has been fishing New Jersey waters for over 30 years, cutting his teeth in the back bays chasing flounder and weakfish before running trips 100+ miles offshore. He specializes in back-bay and offshore fluking, inshore and offshore trolling, and pot-hopping for mahi mahi — his personal favorite.
When he’s not running charters, you’ll find him gearing up for tuna trips, canyon fishing on his days off, or chasing waterfowl with Captain Mike during the offseason. If there’s fish to be found, Captain Joe knows where they’re hiding.
Meet Your First Mate
Bobby Brandt
Bobby Brandt has been fishing the waters around Avalon for as long as he can remember and has developed a great understanding of both bay and ocean fishing. Some of his favorite species to target are flounder and striped bass, and he enjoys spending every opportunity he can on the water.
As first mate Bobby looks forward to helping anglers enjoy their trip, whether it’s their first time fishing or if they’re seasoned fishermen. His goal is to work hard, keep lines in the water, and help create a fun and memorable experience for everyone who steps aboard.
Nev-R-Enuf is powered by a 2021 300 HP Yamaha four-stroke outboard with 140 gallons of fuel, allowing the boat to go wherever the fish are.
